This Five Oceans Flush Mount Rod Holder 15-Degree is made of AISI316 Stainless Steel and PVC UV Resistant Flip-up Cap to Resist the conditions of the Marine Environment. This Rod Holder has a 1 1/2 inches (50.8mm) inside diameter center opening for the rod handle.
The opening has a black UV-resistant PVC that protects the finish on the rod and reel. There is an oval-shaped top flange at a 15-degree angle, and the end base, which mounts flush to the surface, is open.
